The 36 began as Tony’s vision a decade ago, evolving over time but consistently representing the pinnacle of Blueline blocks. This wine is the ultimate Blueline Estate Cuvee, with only 5 barrels produced. Cabernet Sauvignon (77%), sourced from the crown jewel block, forms the backbone of this blend, complemented by Petit Verdot (23%), which adds unparalleled depth and power. These varietals were co-fermented, achieving precise integration and balance. Rich and intense, the blend is intricately layered with aromas of black currant, dark Belgian chocolate, and caramel. On the palate, it delivers bold flavors of blackberry, smoked wild game, and hints of cigar box. The 36 is explosively aromatic, with a weighted tension and subtle, sweet tannins that provide a harmonious mouthfeel.
