Tasting Profile
A superstar selection of lots from Blueline Estate, Tony created only 5 barrels of the 2019 36. Cabernet remains king, comprising 85% of the blend, with 9% Petit Verdot, 2% Franc and 1% Merlot rounding it out . Rich and intense throughout, it is densely woven with aromas of black currant, iron, lavender and hoisin, and flavors of cranberry, black cherry and smoked gamey meats. The 36 is aromatically alive with a weighted tension and sweet subtle tannins providing a balanced mouth feel.
