Tasting Notes
Blending 20% Cabernet Sauvignon the 2019 Malbec delivers both power and finesse in abundance. Aromatically expressing a distinct spectrum of berry tones, fresh-picked strawberry and raspberry interweave with ripe blackberry and blueberry against hints of vanilla and baking spice. The expression on the palate has many dimensions and reaches a richer tone of Belgian dark chocolate and maraschino cherry with a tart blueberry frame. The sleek and smooth texture is offset by fresh bright acidity providing a yin/yang of energy and richness.
