.Tasting Notes
2021 Sauvignon Blanc is explosive. Primary aromas of cantaloupe melon, nectarine, and honeysuckle are framed by Meyer lemon, lime zest, and jasmine blossom. On the palate, crisp Granny Smith apple, lemongrass, and kiwi. 14% Semillon provides additional depth and weight harmonizing beautifully with natural mouthwatering acidity. The bright fruit expression and wet stone minerality serve as an energetic counterpart. Combining stainless steel and new and used oak add to the existing layered complexity of this vintage.
